The beginner's course: what a Muslim believes about the unseen, what ruqyah really is, and the illnesses people talk about — explained calmly, with no folklore and no fear.
Most people arrive at this subject frightened, and reading whatever the search results put in front of them. This course is the calm version: what a Muslim actually believes about the unseen, what ruqyah actually is, and what the illnesses people talk about actually are — taken from the Quran, the Sunnah and the scholars, with the folklore left out. It will not tell you what is wrong with you. It will tell you enough that you stop being afraid of the wrong things, and know what to do next.
Read a section
Two or three hundred words on one idea, with the verse or the hadith right there beside it.
Do something with it
A question, a pair to match, an order to put right. The lesson will not close until they are done.
Keep what you learn
Notes, highlights and progress travel with your account — and wait for you where you stopped.
Before you start
It is written for one kind of reader, and it is honest about who it will not help.
Yes, if…
Not yet, if…
By the end
Not a reading list — a set of things you will actually be able to do when you close the last lesson.
“I know what I am dealing with, I know it is bounded by Allah's decree, and I know what to do in the morning.”
The shape of it
Eight modules, each three to five lessons. A lesson is a page you read straight down: a section of teaching, then something to do with it — a question, a matching exercise, an order to put right — then the next section. You can't finish a lesson without doing them, and nothing is hidden from you while you read.

Everything here teaches — nothing here treats. Medical care always comes first, and healing is by Allah's permission.
