People make these sheets anyway — screenshots of four cards, Arabic typed into a notes app, a printed page with half of it crossed out. Every one of those ends with unchecked Arabic on somebody’s wall. So this gives you the sheet with the checking still attached: all 44 choices come from the same verified texts the rest of the site uses, every verse held against the Quran ledger and every du‘ā against its collection. There is no box to type Arabic into, and there never will be.
Your sheet is a list of which texts you chose, not a copy of them. If a wording is ever corrected, your sheet is corrected with it the next time you open it.
