Ruqyah with Nizam is an educational and practical platform about ruqyah on the Quran and Sunnah: articles, cures, plans, recordings, the texts, tools for raqis, free accounts with reminders and a journal, the RWN Academy, an AI assistant grounded in the site’s pages, scheduled consultations, and the optional Guided membership. It is run by Mohamed Nizamdeen.

Nothing here is medical, psychiatric or legal advice, and nothing here diagnoses you — not an article, not the symptom check, not the Ask assistant, not a consultation. Symptoms described on this site can also be caused by ordinary medical conditions. You agree to seek and continue medical care for physical and mental symptoms, and never to stop prescribed medication because of anything you read here. Ruqyah runs alongside medicine, not instead of it. In an emergency, call your local emergency services (999 in the UK, 911 in the US, 997 in Saudi Arabia).

Everything on this site is free — the articles, cures, plans, recordings, texts, PDFs, the raqi tools, four of the five Academy courses, and a free account with sync, reminders and a journal. Three things carry a price, shown clearly before you pay:

• A scheduled consultation — £40 / $55 for thirty minutes, £70 / $95 for sixty minutes of Nizam’s time
• The Guided membership — £29 / $39 a month (one call a month) or Guided+ at £39 / $49 a month (two calls)
• The Raqi Course in the Academy — a one-off price shown on its page, for lifetime access

Each of these pays for time, attention or teaching — never for ruqyah. One-to-one ruqyah sessions are not offered. Donations are optional and change nothing about what you can access.

An account is free and needs only your email. It keeps your plans, adhkār, notes, journal and Academy progress in step across devices and lets you set reminders. Nothing is shared with anyone unless you switch on “Share my tracking with Nizam” in Settings; you can switch it off, or delete the account, at any time. You are responsible for keeping access to your email address, which is how you sign in.

A consultation is paid time with Nizam, held by video inside the site. You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start; inside 24 hours the payment is not refunded. If Nizam cancels, you are refunded in full. If a payment arrives after the slot has been released, it is refunded in full. Sisters confirm at booking that a mahram will be present on the call. A consultation is not a medical diagnosis and does not replace medical care.

Guided is a monthly membership that pays for Nizam’s attention: he sees the tracking you share, answers your messages within a day, and you have one (Guided) or two (Guided+) thirty-minute calls included each month, booked through the site. You may cancel at any time from Account → Billing; the membership then ends at the end of the period already paid for, with no further charge and no partial refund for the remainder. Unused calls do not roll over. Joining switches on sharing with Nizam; switching it off ends the guidance. Membership numbers are capped so that replies stay personal; when the cap is reached, a waiting list opens.

The free courses are yours to take at your own pace. The Raqi Course is bought once and unlocked for as long as the site runs; the price is shown on its page in pounds and dollars. Because it is digital content you start using immediately, you agree that the right to change your mind ends when you open the first lesson; if you have not opened a lesson, email us within 14 days for a full refund. A refund locks the course again. Certificates are issued only on the examined courses, in the name you type, and can be checked on our /verify page by anyone holding the code. A certificate is a record of study and examination, not a licence, and does not by itself make anyone a raqi.

The pages for raqis are for practitioners and those training under one. You confirm this before they open. They are reference material on the Quran-and-Sunnah methodology; what you do with a patient is your responsibility, and you agree to follow the checklist and safety notes, to keep a mahram present for women, and to refer to medical care when the signs are medical.

Ask is an automated assistant that answers only from this site’s own pages. It can be wrong, it never generates Quran or hadith text, it does not diagnose, and it does not give rulings. Treat its answers as a pointer to the page it cites, not as advice. Your conversation is processed by a third-party language model as described in the privacy policy.

A donation is a gift towards keeping the site free. One-off donations are not refundable except by mistake — email us and we will put it right. A monthly donation can be stopped at any time by replying to any receipt or emailing us; we stop it the same day and the current month is not refunded.

Payments are taken on our own pages by Stripe, in pounds or dollars; card details go to Stripe and we never see or store them. Receipts are emailed by Stripe. Prices include any tax due; where the law requires tax to be added at checkout, it is shown before you pay.

Use the site for yourself and those you care for. Do not copy the site wholesale, sell its content, present it as your own, or use it to train an AI system. Sharing verses, cards and PDFs freely with the credit intact is welcome — that is what they are for. In messages to Nizam and questions to Ask, do not include other people’s private details without their permission.

We work hard to be accurate — the Quran text is Uthmani and checked against a ledger at every build, translations are Sahih International, and du‘ās carry their sources — but mistakes happen. If you find one, write to hello@ruqyahwithnizam.com and we will correct it. Content may change as it is reviewed. Some material is adapted, with permission, from the work of Sheikh Khālid al-Ḥibshī, as noted on the Methodology page and in the Library.

We provide the site as it is, without guarantees of outcome — the cure is from Allah alone. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from decisions you make on the basis of it, and nothing here limits liability where the law does not permit it to be limited. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be dealt with by its courts, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be taken away.
