01Persistent headaches, tightness or heaviness that doctors cannot explain
02Sudden dislike or aversion toward your spouse, home or family without a clear reason
03Feeling drowsy, yawning, or your chest tightening when you hear the Quran or the adhān
04Frightening dreams: snakes, dogs, black animals, falling from a height, graves, being chased
05A sudden decline in health, wealth, business or studies right after praise, an event, or showing something off
06Constant fatigue, low mood or lack of drive that came on suddenly and has no medical explanation
07Pain that moves around the body, especially in the back, joints or stomach, with normal test results
08Bloating, nausea or stomach discomfort with no medical cause, especially after eating
09Feeling a presence, being watched, or hearing your name called when alone
10Waking at the same time each night, sleep paralysis, or feeling pressed down while sleeping
11Intense anger, sadness or fear that comes suddenly and passes suddenly
12Repeated obstacles: marriage proposals collapsing at the last moment, deals falling through in the same way
13Repetitive intrusive thoughts or doubts about faith, purity or prayer that you know are baseless
14Feeling isolated, wanting to be alone all the time, unable to leave the house
15Yawning, tears, heat, numbness or a racing heart when someone recites ruqyah over you
16Being told by others that you have changed, without you noticing why
17Something valuable to you broke, was lost or spoiled soon after someone admired it
18Blocked or heavy feeling in prayer, dhikr or reading Quran that lifts once you stop
