Plain answers about what a consultation is — and is not.
No. A consultation is time with Nizam to look at your case and set a direction. He will tell you what to recite and how, from the routine and texts on this site — which stay free. One-to-one ruqyah sessions are not offered at present.
Most people do not. If you have genuinely tried the free routine and plans for a couple of weeks and things are stuck, unclear, or frightening, then yes — that is what it is for.
A quiet room, water nearby, earphones if you have them — and keep any doctor’s notes or medication names to hand: medical care comes first and alongside ruqyah. Add a few lines on what has happened and what you have tried.
Yes. A mahram (husband, father, brother or son) must be present with you on the call. The booking asks you to confirm this; it is a condition, not a formality.
Free up to 24 hours before, from the link in your email. Inside that window the payment is not refunded. If Nizam has to cancel, you are refunded in full.
Pay in pounds or dollars — the switch is on the first step. Your bank converts anything else at its normal rate.
