Maybe. Many symptoms have ordinary medical causes, and ruqyah is also protection for the healthy. Answer eighteen honest questions to see if there is a pattern — then see a doctor for anything physical or mental as well.

Do ruqyah on yourself. It takes five minutes to start: wudū’, seek refuge, recite the core passages, blow lightly and wipe. Then follow a seven-day plan so it becomes a habit.
