Written plainly, because health and faith are private. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell or advertise, and you can delete everything.

Ruqyah with Nizam is run by Mohamed Nizamdeen, based in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, and serving people mostly in the UK and worldwide. For anything about your data, write to privacy@ruqyahwithnizam.com.
Most of what you do here never leaves your phone or computer. Your plan progress, adhkār counts, reader settings, raqi counters and case notes are stored in your browser’s local storage. We cannot see them. Clearing your browser data removes them; the raqi case notes can be exported first.
Only what you type into a form and press send:
Anything about symptoms, spiritual illness or your religion is special-category data under UK GDPR. We do not ask for it in any form today; the symptom check and healer check run entirely in your browser and send nothing. When accounts open, any such data will be collected only with your explicit consent, kept to the minimum, encrypted, and deletable with one click.
We use privacy-friendly analytics (page views and which recordings or plans are used) with no cookies and no personal identifiers, so we can decide what to write next. If you would rather not be counted, most browsers’ ‘Do Not Track’ setting is honoured.
We set no advertising or tracking cookies. The site works without cookies. Some technical storage (as above) is used to make features work; it is not shared with anyone.
Only the services that make the site run, under contracts that limit them to that: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (newsletter list, later accounts), Resend (email), Cloudinary (recordings and images), and — when payments open — Stripe for consultations, which handles card details itself; we never see them. We do not sell data, ever, and we do not show adverts.
Newsletter emails until you unsubscribe. Feedback emails for up to two years, then deleted. Account data (later) until you delete your account, then gone within 30 days from backups.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@ruqyahwithnizam.com and we will act within a month. If you are in the UK you may also complain to the ICO.
If this page changes in a way that matters, we will say so at the top and, for anything significant, tell newsletter subscribers.
