The14-dayprotectionchallenge
Two weeks of the daily protection every Muslim is taught: the morning and evening adhkār, Āyat al-Kursī before sleep, the three Quls with the blow and wipe, and five minutes of your own recitation. Nothing to buy, nothing to prepare.

This one is not a cure and it is not for a diagnosis — it is the fence, and most people reading this site have never actually kept it for two weeks in a row. That is the whole idea. Six small things a day, none of them longer than five minutes, for fourteen days. If you are being treated for something, keep that going and do this alongside it. If you are well, this is the part that keeps you well: ruqyah is protection for the healthy, not only medicine for the sick. Miss a day and carry on from where you are — the count is not the point, the habit is.
