A raqi-directed classical foundation programme for al-mass al-'āshiq — daily al-Baqarah, the four sūrahs, the indecency verses, recited oil, counted dhikr, honey and charity. Follow it only if a raqi has assessed you and set you on it.
Follow this plan only if a qualified, trustworthy raqi has assessed your case and told you to follow it — it is stage one of the classical treatment for the lover jinn, and self-diagnosis is exactly what experienced raqis warn against. If no raqi has set you on it, start instead with the general self-ruqyah routine, and read the lover-jinn article in Understand to see why: nearly every sign has a common medical or psychological explanation. Experienced raqis are honest that this is among the longest treatments — it may take months, and things often intensify before they improve. That is expected. Your own daily work is the treatment; the raqi is an aid.
